A group dedicated to those who enjoy sharing their approach to happiness, those who would like to feel happier and those who would like to help spread a little happiness.
Using positive psychology principles, we explore techniques for gaining and maintaining happiness and dealing constructively with unhappiness. Realistically, we cannot always be happy but we can achieve greater balance and contentment through self knowledge, active participation and developing personal resilience.
Based in Edinburgh, the group is a social forum for meetings, discussions and sharing resources, ideas and experiences towards the promotion of happier lifestyles.
